CARE INSTRUCTIONS
Machine wash/Hand Wash
To maintain the fabric's integrity, we recommend hand washing in cold water. Basic machine cycles also work fine for linen and cotton garments, yet the evolution of ecoprints and natural dyes in these machine cycles are inevitable. Avoid using washing machine for fabrics such as wrinkle cotton as the agitation could change the fabric texture over time.
Wash separately
All naturally dyed goods must be washed in a separate cycle when using washing machine to avoid the deposition of color on other light color clothes.
Cold Water Only
Use cold water (not hot or warm) to prevent any potential shrinkage or color fading of eco-prints/natural dyes.
Do Not Bleach
Avoid using bleach, as it can affect the color and texture of the eco prints and natural dyes.
Use pH-Neutral Soap for long lasting prints and colors
When washing, we recommend using a pH-neutral soap or mild detergent to preserve the fabric's quality. Harsh detergents will change the color of eco prints and natural dyes after several washes.
Color May Alter Over Time
Please note that exposure to sunlight or metals (such as jewelry/buttons/rust) may cause the color to change over time. This is a natural process and is not considered a defect.
Dry in Shade
After washing, allow the item to dry naturally in a shaded area. Direct sunlight can cause colors to fade and fabrics to degrade faster.
Iron on the Backside
When ironing, always turn the fabric inside out to protect its surface from direct heat and potential damage.
By following these guidelines, you can help preserve the appearance and longevity of your garment.
