SHIPPING POLICY
SUKUUN is a zero waste brand and works on a made-to-order model, which means the order will be processed only after it is confirmed online. International orders are usually dispatched within 20-23 business days and domestic orders within 18-21 business days (please Note that Sundays and Public Holidays Are Not Considered as Working Days). From the textile weaving to the final stitch in a garment, our production is labour and hand intensive; which means that orders already underway cannot be cancelled or refunded.
Before accepting delivery of any merchandise, please ensure that the package is in good condition and has not been tampered with. In case you receive a package which you believe was damaged in transit, please do not accept it and mention the same on the delivery receipt provided by the courier partner.
Any claims of the outer packaging being damaged/products missing because of that will not be entertained after the proof of delivery is signed by you.
Important Note: If a shipment arrives and you are unavailable to receive it, and the shipping company returns the package to us, no cancellations or refunds will be offered. If you require the order to be re-shipped, you will be responsible for covering any associated freight costs for the return and re-shipment. Additionally, please note that re-shipping may result in considerable delays.

SHIPPING CHARGES
Prepaid shipping within India is free of cost.
Cash on delivery is chargeable by INR 150.
TRACKING PACKAGE
Orders that have been processed and shipped can be tracked using the consignment/tracking number on the shipping agency’s website. Once your order is shipped, we will mail you your tracking number along with information about the shipping agency.
NON-AVAILABILITY ON DELIVERY
Our delivery partners will attempt to deliver the package three times before they return it to us. Please provide the complete & accurate shipping address including zip code and a mobile number. This will help us in delivering your order faster.
We urge you to inform us if you are not available after placing an order on our website for international as well as domestic orders. Please check our delivery timeline after you place an order on our website and if you are not available during that period kindly inform us on business.sukuun@gmail.com about the same so that we can delay your shipment and send it only after you are available. In case a shipment reaches you and you are not available and the shipping company returns the shipment, no cancellation or refund is possible. For re-shipping of the same shipment you will need to bear the cost of duty/tax at port in India plus the freight cost. In such a scenario there would also be a considerable delay involved.
MODE OF PAYMENT
For shipping to India, we accept all major debit & credit cards and also provide Net Banking options across major banks. We also accept Cash on Delivery for a charge of INR 150.

Due to their hand-crafted nature, there could be variations in the feel of the fabric, construction, color and technique of the actual product from the images shown on this website. Kindly bear this in mind while placing your order.

ORDER DELAY
- We try and do our very best to fulfil all orders within the specified timeline (20-23 days at present) but at the same time we must reiterate and reaffirm that since we are a make-to-order brand with a predominantly hand-intensive production cycle (including handwoven textiles, hand block printing, eco printing, hand embroideries and hand finishing of garments), some human related delays cannot be avoided many a time
- This is because unlike a fast fashion garment (which are made via automated mechanisms), a Sukuun garment is a slow made and soulful piece of art with character and a story and consequently can face hurdles and human errors before it becomes a perfect piece deserving to be worn by our customers. We have to make sure that everything is perfect and impeccable before it reaches our customers so that it can grace their wardrobe for years to come.
- Please note that our delivery timeline is not final rather approximate and though 90% of the times all orders are fulfilled well within the timeline, on other occasions some orders are liable to get a little delayed due to the hand-intensive nature of our production or logistics issues such as holidays of shipping companies.
- An order from our end will be delayed only if there is a genuine limitation at our end with regards to the hand-intensive nature of our production or a logistics (shipping) issue beyond our hands. In such a situation, our team would be working tirelessly to make sure the order is dispatched/forwarded as soon as possible.
- Please note by purchasing from Sukuun, you are agreeing to our purchasing terms, conditions and policies which includes that we do not offer cancellation and refund on delayed orders as they would be already in the production cycle. We will keep you updated if your order is delayed and send it at the earliest possible date. Be assured that in such a scenario, an order becomes a top priority for us and our production and merchandising team would leave no stone unturned to make sure that the order reaches you at the soonest date.
ORDER CANCELLATION BY SUKUUN
Due to unavoidable circumstances, there may be times when certain orders having been validly placed may not be processed or are incapable of being dispatched. Sukuun reserves the exclusive right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. Some situations that may result in your order being cancelled shall include limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information, or problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department or any defect regarding the quality of the product. We may also require additional verifications or information before accepting any order. We will contact you if all or any portion of your order is cancelled or if additional information is required to accept your order. If your order is cancelled after your credit card/ debit card/ any other mode of payment has been charged, the said amount will be reversed into your Account/ as the case may be to the source of the payment within a period of 30 working days. Any type of voucher used in these orders shall be returned and made available to the user in case of cancellation by Sukuun.
