Shipping policy

We are committed to deliver your order with good quality packaging within the given time frame. We ship throughout the week, except Sunday & public holidays. 

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

1. We provide the estimated delivery time for each piece on the product details page.

2. Free Shipping for orders above Rs 15,000.

3. Shipping and handling rates may vary based on product, packaging, size, volume, type and other considerations. The shipping and handling charges are given at the time of check out and consumers will know about this before making payments.

4. Delivery Time for your order begins from the date of Order Confirmation.

5. In unforeseen circumstances where a designer may be unable to produce your ordered piece, you will be offered an alternate option or a full refund.

6. Occasionally, orders may experience delays beyond our control. If your order is delayed by more than 2 weeks from the estimated Delivery Time due to unforeseen reasons, we will contact you to confirm if you wish to proceed with your order.

7. Return/Exchange can only be availed once per order. Please refer to the return & exchange section for more details.

8. If an order is eligible for return or exchange, shipping charges must be borne by the customer.
